- Please note that all items are handmade to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns on personalized orders.
For all other items, we offer a return window of 7 days from the date of delivery receipt. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period so we can assess your eligibility for a store credit or replacement product(s).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive your request, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
